Unfortunately, I did not make it to the Fremont Solstice Parade this year…however, I was lucky enough to have a neighbor attending the fair in her squirrel covered vehicle, causing our street to be adorned with eccentric art cars for the weekend.

My personal favorite was The Yarn Car designed by artist Tim Klein – the 1967 Imperial Crown coupe is covered with over 4 miles of soft acrylic yarn.
